This USEMCO pump station was factory built and one of two installed in central Massachusetts in 2020.  

It features Grundfos pumps and USEMCO controls. 

 A wastewater treatment plant in Maine replaced their existing submersible pumps with Sulzer

pumps featuring the Contra-block impeller.  

These 12in discharge, 139hp pumps were installed in 2021.

 A new water treatment plant in Massachusetts was designed to eliminate PFAS.

The plant utilizes five Grundfos vertical multistage pumps ranging from 5hp to75hp and two 30hp PACO vertical inline pumps. The plant was started up in 2022.

Completed in 2021 this sewage pump station in central Connecticut utilizes 16” discharge, 140hp Sulzer submersible horizontal dry-pit wastewater pumps with a service trolley.

A customer in Connecticut was looking to retrofit an existing wet well and dry pit pump station with four pumps. 

Two pumps in series. Our solution was to replace the system A customer in Connecticut was looking to retrofit an existing wet well and dry pit with two, single, 25HP 4” wet pit Sulzer submersible wastewater pumps and  USEMCO control panel.  The dry pit was put out of service .

 In 2023 Duperon FlexRake® Screens replaced old catenary screens in the main influent channel at a wastewater treatment plant in CT. 

Each screen has 3/8” openings and a capacity of 20 MGD. A Duperon Washer-Compactor receives screenings from both screens via a belt conveyor.

 This wastewater treatment plant in Maine features Evoqua Envirex Loop chain collectors, CST extruded aluminum flat covers, and a 40 year old CST dome.

 BDP Industries supplied a Model DSP 18 Screw Press dewatering unit to St Johnsbury, VT that was skid mounted to allow for temporary operation until the permeant installation could be completed.
