But we provide much more than equipment:
- We offer expert technical support. With hundreds of successful projects over the years, we use our engineering expertise and field experience to ask the right questions and avoid the common pitfalls. We like to see your application in person so we can assess the mechanical and electrical requirements and run the necessary calculations. We’ll help you select the right equipment for your application.
- We give responsive, reliable service. We respond quickly to inquiries and will always get back to you. If you have a problem with a product we sold, we’ll be there with you until it’s fixed. And if you need repairs, we’ll work with our service center network to make sure a knowledgeable technician assesses and repairs your equipment.
- We deliver honest assessments. After learning more about your application, we will lay out your options, recommending equipment and explaining any potential challenges. Sometimes, we refuse to sell a customer a piece of equipment if we believe it’s not the best solution. We’d prefer to be honest rather than sell you something that doesn’t meet your needs.
With our expert recommendations and support, you will get the right equipment for the application as well as peace of mind that we will be there if you have a problem.
